Cooling Radiator
Our OEM-replacement radiator drops into the bracket the original used, takes the same hose paths and holds the coolant volume the engine was tuned for. Brazed aluminium core joined in a controlled-atmosphere brazing furnace, double-folded fins for additional heat-exchange surface, ribbed plastic end tanks built against the OE seam-failure mode. Engineered to ISO/TS 16949, the automotive quality standard used by Behr, Mahle, Nissens and the rest of the OE supply chain. Every unit ships pressure-tested at 2 bar.
- Controlled Atmosphere Brazing (CAB) aluminium core. The same joining process used by Behr, Nissens and other OE suppliers.
- Double-folded fin geometry. Reinforces the fin stack and increases total heat-exchange surface area.
- OE-dimension reinforced plastic end tanks. Built against the crimp-seam failure that drips on every aging factory radiator.
- ISO/TS 16949 manufacturing. Same quality system that backs the OE supply chain.
- 100% leak-tested at 2 bar. Validated through thermal cycling, vibration and salt-spray.
- Hose adapters, O-rings and mounting hardware in the box.
