Our LED replacement lamps put the emitter array in the exact focal position the original halogen filament occupied. The optics in the housing already know what to do with light coming from that point. The result is a beam that follows the original photometric design, with a sharp cutoff at the regulatory line and a wider hot spot than the halogen could throw at the same current. The driver board talks back to the body computer over the CAN bus so the ECU reads the correct current draw. No bulb-out warnings, no hyperflashed indicators, no resistor packs spliced into the harness.
