Ignition Coil
Our coil-on-plug ignition coil packages a high-output secondary, a diagonal winding geometry and an integrated igniter IC into a single sealed pencil that drops straight into the spark plug well. The driver IC takes a logic-level trigger from the ECU and switches the primary coil internally, so there is no external ignition module to wire and no high-tension lead to age. The diagonal windings drop the sectioned bobbins of older designs, which puts more secondary voltage per turn and less leakage on the table at sustained high rpm.
- Coil-on-plug pencil format. Sits directly in the spark plug well, no high-tension lead to age.
- Integrated driver IC. Logic-level trigger from the ECU, no external igniter module required.
- Diagonal secondary windings. Higher voltage output and lower leakage than sectioned-bobbin designs.
- Epoxy-potted secondary with silicone boot. Sealed against heat, moisture and oil vapour.
- OEM electrical interface. Same connector, same pinout, same mounting bolt as the original.
- Pre-tested for spark consistency and dwell stability across the full RPM range.
