ABS Sensor
Our wheel-speed sensor replaces the passive variable-reluctance coil that wears out in the original with an active Hall-effect element sealed inside an overmolded IC head. The integrated circuit packages the Hall element, signal amplifier and conditioning logic onto a single chip, so the output stays a clean square wave from crawl-speed all the way to top speed, instead of the analog sinusoid the OE part puts out (which gets noisier as the reluctor ring wears). OEM electrical connector, OEM mounting geometry, sealed against the salt and grit that kill the one you are replacing.
- Active Hall-effect sensor. Element, amplifier and signal conditioning on a single hermetically-sealed IC.
- Square-wave digital output. Module reads the same edge from 0.1 km/h to top speed.
- Compatible with both multipole magnetic and steel-ring (variable-reluctance) encoders.
- IP6K9K-rated overmolded housing. Survives steam-clean, salt spray and brake dust.
- OEM connector and mounting boss. No harness changes, no scan-tool reset.
- Pre-calibrated to OE air-gap tolerance. Fit it and the ABS light clears on the first drive cycle.
